The quarterly ZFA - Zeitschrift für Arbeitsrecht stands for the competent presentation of labor law issues and further articles in all areas of labor law and the related areas of social and tax law.
It is one of the leading academic organs in the field of labor law and as such offers space for the unbiased and practice-oriented exchange of different opinions and views. In February 2019, the Confederation of German Employers' Associations set up a commission on "The Future of Social Security: Permanently Limiting the Contribution Burden "*. Under the leadership of Professor Dr Werding (Ruhr University Bochum), this commission has drawn up proposals on how the total contribution rates of statutory social insurance schemes can be kept below 40 per cent in the long term.October 2020
