The Confederation of German Employers' Associations (BDA) comments on today's draft of a law on the modernization of companies:

Berlin, March 31, 2021. "Anyone who places a further bureaucratic burden on companies in the current situation shows that a coalition agreement no longer suited to the current economic situation is more important to them than the location factors for an economic recovery of this country. The thousandfold successful cooperation of the operating partners to overcome the current health crisis shows very impressively that this partnership does not need unilateral tutoring by the legislator."
