Commenting on today's results of the federal-state talks with the Chancellor, the Confederation of German Employers' Associations (BDA) said:
Berlin, 10 August 2021: "The order of the day for people and companies in this country is planning security and reliability. The federal election campaign must not be fought on the backs of employers. If the state pulls out of funding the free Corona tests, the mandatory testing offered by employers must also end. The state must not unilaterally shift the cost of testing to employers. The relevant provision in the Corona Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance must therefore expire no later than October 11."
