For more than 50 years, the Institute for Social and Economic Policy Education (ISWA) has consciously taken on this special task of continuing education and has specialized in the interactions between political, economic and social changes.
In business and politics, globalization is leading to increasingly complex structures. Modern information and communication technologies network all areas and drive the structural change towards a knowledge-based economy and a knowledge society. With the increased supply of information and the rapid development of knowledge, the evaluation of experience and the assessment of information is becoming a strategic factor for competent action. Regular further training is thus one of the indispensable prerequisites for adaptable organisations and employees.
