A powerful new start after the crisis can only succeed with the skilled workers of tomorrow

Berlin, 29 January 2021: "The more companies provide their own training for future skilled workers this year and in the coming year, the better a powerful new start after the crisis will be. Wherever it is feasible despite difficult economic conditions, training must therefore be maintained. We appeal to all applicants to continue to make active efforts to find a training place and to take advantage of the placement services offered by the Federal Employment Agency. At the same time, we call on companies to maintain their commitment to training and to the search for suitable applicants and to become actively involved in the follow-up placement process. As supporters, teachers and parents are called upon in addition to the career counsellors of the Federal Employment Agency."
