Berlin, 30 June 2021 The figures from the Federal Employment Agency clearly show that young people have very good chances of finding a training place despite the pandemic. Everything must now be done to advance the matching of supply and demand on the training market. We cannot afford to have lost training years because of Corona.

Social partners, the Federal Employment Agency and politicians are acting together in the Alliance for Initial and Continuing Vocational Training: Numerous campaigns are taking place during the "Summer of Vocational Training" to attract as many school leavers as possible to vocational training by means of direct approaches and counselling.
