Companies need a clear message now that they are allowed to ask about the vaccination status of their employees
Employer President Dr. Rainer Dulger on the right of employers to provide information on the vaccination status of their employees:
Berlin, 30 August 2021: "The Federal Government should stop creating confusion. Companies and businesses need a clear announcement now that they are allowed to inquire about the vaccination status of their employees in order to ensure the necessary measures to protect the health of all their employed staff. The Minister of Labour's proposed new health and safety regulation de facto prohibits employers from asking about vaccination status. This is counterproductive and prevents the necessary clarity that businesses need now."
