Employers are not just giving work, they are shaping the working world of tomorrow, in close partnership with their employees.<\/h5>\n

Employees and companies have much more in common than separates us. In constant dialogue with politics, science and the media, we as social partners assume responsibility for society as a whole on the subject of work and employment. The flagship campaign ‘Work keeps us busy’ underlines the commitment to seven core issues of the BDA and its members.<\/p>\n

Employers not only provide work, they shape the working world of tomorrow. All this is only possible together – in a close partnership between employers and employees. In times of COVID-19 it is therefore all the more important to stand together. Developing solutions together and taking responsibility for each other. Only in this way will we emerge stronger from the current crisis.<\/p>\n

Work is not only the generation of income, but much more than that: it creates meaning, gives stability.
