The special quality of the dual training system in Germany is based on its practical relevance and employment orientation.Thanks to the close links with the world of work, in-company training offers an ideal start to a career. The experience that young people gain during their training is formative for their entire professional life. In times of a shortage of skilled workers, companies' commitment to vocational training is more important than ever. In addition to excellent framework conditions, many training companies offer a wide range of attractive opportunities for trainees to develop both individually and as part of a team.The companies that provide vocational training are very well positioned to successfully prepare their junior staff for working life in a practical manner.
